The Ruse Staff Portal gives Rusetat’s team one place to pick up client enquiries. Staff can see the request, read the conversation and understand what help the person is looking for.
Review assessment and contact requests, read previous messages and update the information used by Ruse. Changes are saved as drafts before approved information is published.
Only authorised agency staff can sign in. Consultants review each person’s circumstances, give advice and manage the follow-up.

1. Discovery: Scraper/Agent fetches /llms.txt or /.well-known/mcp.json manifest.
2. Tool Invocation: Executes deterministic Zod-validated tool contracts matching ruse-staff-portal operations.
3. Replay Protection: Enforces Idempotency-Key: <uuid> to prevent duplicate mutations during LLM retry loops.
4. Token Compression: Returns structured, PII-minimized Markdown/JSON stripping all layout noise.
