Read/Write Guardrail Enforcer

Role: Permission & Boundary Enforcement Agent

Protocol & Health Status

Guardrails Enforced

Operational Overview

Enforces strict read/write boundaries ("Read financials, don't wire money") and verifies human approval seams.

Inspects code for agent tool permissions and execution privileges (Chapter 9 & Appendix C). Ensures that autonomous agents possess READ access for context aggregation, but require explicit, cryptographic or UI-based human approval (the DocuSign seam) before executing WRITE operations that impact finances, legal agreements, or customer promises.

PIPELINE CONSOLE

Live Execution Steps

>Parse agent tool definitions, database write methods, and external API execution handlers.
>Flag any agent function capable of autonomous financial transfers, contract execution, or unreviewed customer sends.
>Apply the Monarch Butterfly Principle to verify that prompt inputs contain strict, bounded parameters.
>Insert mandatory human-approval step templates into workflow execution paths.

Key Integration Benefits

  • Eliminates unauthorized financial transactions or binding contractual actions by autonomous agents.
  • Reduces hallucination risks by constraining input prompt parameters.
