About Product

School Foundry Leads helps a sales team organise its work with schools. Each school record brings contact details, previous conversations and the next follow-up together.

Find schools by area or map, assign them to team members and record notes after each conversation. Track progress from the first contact to a proposal and a won or lost sale.

Built for school outreach in Zambia and Zimbabwe, it is an independent tool for teams selling to schools.

Dual-Surface Execution

Human vs. Agent Flow

Every action in School Foundry Leads is mapped bi-directionally across Surface A (Visual UI) and Surface B (Programmatic MCP Engine).

Surface A — Human Ergonomics Flow
  1. 01Find schools by area or map.
  2. 02Assign schools and districts to team members.
  3. 03Check the schools you need to contact.
  4. 04Record notes and set the next follow-up.
  5. 05Track proposals and sales results.
Surface B — Agentic Machine Execution Rails
Protocol: Model Context Protocol (MCP 1.0)Auth: Bearer banya_ag_...

1. Discovery: Scraper/Agent fetches /llms.txt or /.well-known/mcp.json manifest.

2. Tool Invocation: Executes deterministic Zod-validated tool contracts matching school-foundry-leads operations.

3. Replay Protection: Enforces Idempotency-Key: <uuid> to prevent duplicate mutations during LLM retry loops.

4. Token Compression: Returns structured, PII-minimized Markdown/JSON stripping all layout noise.
