About Product
Passione OS helps the shop team see what is in stock, what has been ordered and what still needs attention. It brings daily stock decisions and supplier follow-up into one place.
Look up items, track supplier orders and record deliveries. The owner and selected managers can also record monthly expenses, other income and supporting documents, then review the shop’s accounts.
Built for Passione Bedding & Accessories in Harare, the app works in US dollars and uses sales and stock records from Loyverse. Staff can see the information needed for their work, while financial figures are restricted to authorised people.
Dual-Surface Execution
Human vs. Agent Flow
Every action in Passione OS is mapped bi-directionally across Surface A (Visual UI) and Surface B (Programmatic MCP Engine).
- 01Load the latest sales and stock from Loyverse.
- 02Check stock and items needing attention.
- 03Record supplier orders and deliveries.
- 04Add monthly expenses and other income.
- 05Review shop accounts with authorised access.
1. Discovery: Scraper/Agent fetches /llms.txt or /.well-known/mcp.json manifest.
2. Tool Invocation: Executes deterministic Zod-validated tool contracts matching passione-os operations.
3. Replay Protection: Enforces Idempotency-Key: <uuid> to prevent duplicate mutations during LLM retry loops.
4. Token Compression: Returns structured, PII-minimized Markdown/JSON stripping all layout noise.
