About Product
Kahy POS helps shop staff record sales and keep track of stock. Owners can see what has arrived, what has sold and what remains on the shelves.
Add products and prices, record deliveries and complete customer sales. Keep a record of stock corrections and check the money received at the end of the trading day.
Built for retail shops and small businesses in Southern Africa, Kahy gives the counter staff and shop manager a shared record of daily trading.
Dual-Surface Execution
Human vs. Agent Flow
Every action in Kahy POS is mapped bi-directionally across Surface A (Visual UI) and Surface B (Programmatic MCP Engine).
- 01Add products and prices.
- 02Record stock deliveries.
- 03Choose the customer’s items and record the sale.
- 04Check stock levels and any corrections.
- 05Count the day’s takings and compare them with recorded sales.
1. Discovery: Scraper/Agent fetches /llms.txt or /.well-known/mcp.json manifest.
2. Tool Invocation: Executes deterministic Zod-validated tool contracts matching kahyana operations.
3. Replay Protection: Enforces Idempotency-Key: <uuid> to prevent duplicate mutations during LLM retry loops.
4. Token Compression: Returns structured, PII-minimized Markdown/JSON stripping all layout noise.
